Writing Good Reviews
Be Specific
Instead of "management is terrible," describe specific behaviors or policies that affected your experience.
Provide Context
Mention your role, department, and tenure. A warehouse worker's experience differs from corporate office experience at the same company.
Be Timely
Recent experiences are more valuable. If your experience was years ago, mention that — things may have changed.
Rate Proportionally
Reserve high corruption scores (5-6) for serious issues. Use lower scores for general dysfunction or poor management.
Enforcement
Violations may result in escalating consequences:
Severity depends on the nature and frequency of violations. We aim to be fair and provide warnings when appropriate, but serious violations may result in immediate removal.
